Wednesdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm via Zoom

If you have recently been feeling like...

  • your grief consumes your life, and impacts the way you function in your life

  • you're struggling with the unpredictable waves of deep emotion

  • you're lacking the support of others who have been through similar experiences

  • the generic education around grieving doesn't quite fit your experience or needs

Then this is the Grief group for you.

Our goal is provide you with a safe space to address the physical, mental, AND emotional challenges of your grief, all in a way that is specifically tailored to your experience and needs. Everyone grieves differently, so we will guide you through developing a toolbox of ways to support yourself in this process. We also believe in the power of group support. You don't have to move through this journey feeling alone!

  • Community support from others who are moving through similar experiences in their lives

  • A safe space to share your emotions, and

  • Build self-awareness around your personal experience of grief in your brain and body

  • Understand the changes that impact you physically, energetically, mentally, & emotionally

  • Learn evidence-based tools to help you regulate your nervous system and increase feelings of balance even during this difficult time
