ABOUT MY APPROACH
As a yoga therapist, my primary goal is to provide a healing presence for my clients. I believe that creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for is essential to achieving this goal. I firmly believe that the practices of yoga are accessible to all, and I strive to help each client create a personalized toolkit that enables them to navigate life's challenges with greater ease.

With my clinical education and experience, I incorporate evidence-based practices into my therapy sessions that have been proven to address symptoms of suffering. At the same time, I also weave in yoga philosophy to promote tranquility and overall well-being. I am incredibly curious and love to read, always learning new and old ways of helping people feel better. I often turn to the teachings of nature for inspiration.

I enjoy working with individuals in all stages of adulthood and have experience helping people through major life shifts and everyday stresses. Some of the areas that I connect with most are grief, anxiety, depression, overall mental well-being, joint health, aging challenges, and support for caregivers.
