This 8-week series is made for you! 

We will address the roots of these symptoms of stress & anxiety, explore how to build self-awareness when you experience these feelings, and give you evidence-based tools to support yourself when you feel this way. You don't have to be stuck or trapped in these feelings! 


How much is the investment?

The entire series is $200 - which breaks down to only $25 per class! That's less than the cost of a drop-in class at a traditional yoga studio, AND you get the benefit of personalized classes specifically tailored to supporting your mental health.

How do I join the live classes?

Once you register, you will receive the Zoom links for each class to your email. You will also receive email and text reminders before each class.

What if I can't join the live classes?

That's ok! We will send out the recordings each week, and you will have access to all of the recordings for 6 months. That way you can still enjoy the benefits of the series, no matter what your schedule is!

What are the benefits of joining for the live classes?

All live participants will participate in a pre-class check-in, which the Therapeutic Yoga Specialist will use to personalize each class specifically to the needs of the live participants. In addition, all live participants will have the chance to participate in a live Q&A at the end of class to support the learning process. While the recordings will include all of the education and class content, only the live participants will have access to the Q&A at the end of class.

Do I need yoga experience to join?

Absolutely not! All of the classes in this series will be beginner-friendly and taught with many options offered for the physical postures. We trust you to make the choices that feel best for your body!

Kelly Pierce is a licensed psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher.

She created the Therapeutic Yoga model at Kula Wellness Group in order to truly serve her clients' mental wellness and physical wellness in one offering. She brings a unique perspective to this particular series on stress and anxiety as she specializes in working with anxiety, stress, and trauma in her psychotherapy practice.

Kelly has completed two 200-hour yoga teacher training programs, in 2014 and in 2017. She has also completed several additional trainings on yoga for mental health and trauma-informed yoga. Kelly also utilizes her training in EMDR, polyvagal theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and psychosomatic therapy to inform the content of this offering.
