Why I love this topic...

I am passionate about supporting neurodiverse relationships because I am a neurodivergent partner in a 20+ year relationship. It hasn't always been easy, as all relationships experience challenges. But in my relationship, we have found that successful communication, trust, and boundary setting required more knowledge and understanding than we intuitively had, and more effort than we ever imagined to get results!

I believe that my neurodiversity is a superpower that didn't come with a user manual. Through the years, my spouse and I have embraced self-discovery and sought couples counseling and psychoeducation to increase our understanding of one another for who we are. We learned to work smarter, not just harder!

I'm grateful for the opportunity to help others grow their own relationships where one or both partners are neurodivergent. If your goal is to increase your knowledge of how to use and navigate the superpower in your relationship for the greatest possible benefit, then these workshops are for YOU!
