Parent Education Group: Anxiety Busters

3 Weeks

About the Group

This Parent Education Group is for those who have a child (or children) struggling with anxiety. Throughout the three sessions you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn how anxiety impacts life from early childhood to adulthood

  • Review evidence-based strategies to support your child's anxiety

  • Process your experiences with the group

  • And have access to resources to support your parenting journey

This group is a place to build your knowledge and gain strategies to help support your child(ren).

This is an open psychoeducational group, which means that participants can sign up for as many of the 3 sessions as they'd like. We highly recommend attending all 3 weeks, or as many as possible, in order to get the most benefit from the curriculum being taught in these groups.

Current Group Time:

Saturdays from 9:30am-11:00am on Zoom
