At Kula Wellness Group, we see a diverse population of clients. Our therapists are all trained in various treatment modalities and culturally diverse approaches. We encourage you to check out our team page to learn more about our individual therapists and the specific populations they work with.
At Kula Wellness Group our staff can help you with mind and body health and healing. We offer individual and group psychotherapy, education for clients and the community, education for clinicians, therapeutic yoga, therapeutic personal training, and mind-body event space rental. What are the benefits of Kula Wellness Group's approach?
In order to get the most out of a consultation, you must prepare to be your most authentic self. If you are able to be transparent with your therapist, they can provide you with a proper treatment plan.
How do I sign up for bodywork?
Our session rates for psychotherapy are between $150 and $200 for a 50 minute psychotherapy session. We do not take insurance, but if a diagnosis is applicable, you may request a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement. We encourage all clients wanting a superbill to check with your insurance provider prior to treatment. Each therapist does have a limited number of sliding scale clients that they see. Do you offer therapy and/or bodywork virtually?
Yes. We offer all of our services in person and virtually. Our virtual therapy sessions are via zoom and you can access our virtual bodywork and education sessions, here.
What are your hours?
Our business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. However, hours of operation vary depending on therapists and instructor availability. We would encourage you to reach out to a therapist or check out our instructor availability if you are interested in booking a session. Please note, although we strive to return phone calls and emails efficiently, it can take up to three business days for our office to reply to phone calls and emails.
How can I schedule for therapy?
A free fifteen minute consultation is the first step to scheduling your first therapy session. To contact us about a consultation, please fill out the form located on our contact page.
