INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
In individual therapy, our goal is to provide our clients a safe place for growth and healing. We understand that clients come from different lifestyles and may have different levels of experience when it comes to therapy, therefore we do not have a one size fits all approach to therapy. Our counselors are trained in different therapeutic modalities that provide our clients with the opportunity to process and develop skills through several approaches.
GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy at Kula provides an opportunity for you to experience growth, healing, and whole body and mind wellness within, while building connection and deeper understanding with others.
