What Makes Us Different

Therapy that works
with your body,
not just your mind.

Traditional talk therapy is powerful — but sometimes insight alone isn’t enough. Real healing often lives in the body: in the places words can’t fully reach.

At Kula, we integrate evidence-based approaches with somatic and body-based practices, because lasting change happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to shift.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Reshape thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and build practical coping strategies grounded in decades of research.
EMDR Therapy
Process and release the grip of traumatic memories through this evidence-based, internationally recognized approach.
Somatic Experiencing
Reconnect with your body’s wisdom to release stored stress and trauma — gently, at your own pace.
At Kula, therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken.

It’s about understanding what happened — and creating the safety for something new to grow.
